Aditya Kushwaha

Aditya Kushwaha is an urban planner by profession. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Planning from Maulana Azad National Institute and Technology, Bhopal. After completing her graduation in 2018, she joined the one-year Development Apprenticeship program in PRADAN and was placed in Abu Road Block, Sirohi district, Rajasthan. She is currently based in the Samnapur team in the Mahakuashal area of Madhya Pradesh. She works with women collectives in the areas of gender equality, livelihood promotion and governance. Her areas of interest are promoting sustainable livelihoods, organising women farmers in FPOs and helping them negotiate with the market for a fair price.
