The training manual is designed for community trainers and cadres who are working closely with the Village Organisations. Social Action Committee is an integral part of the institutional architecture for Village Organisation and it aims to build relationship with the local village level institutions like aanganwadi, schools, primary hospitals, PDS and panchayats for addressing issues related to accessibility of Social Security Schemes and other Government programmes. SAC also facilitates VOs and SHGs for awareness generation on Gender Based Violence and initiates different campaigns.
