Manoj Kindo

Manoj, an MSW from TISS, joined the Godda team as Development Apprentice in jharkand in 2007. He has worked in Hazaribagh, Churchu, Padma and Ghaghra and is now in Simdega with Primitive Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) and Schedule Tribe communities. His belief about gender equality among tribal community was challenged while working in the GROW project. His journey with the women and their struggles has been that of a co-traveler; digging deep to understand forms of discriminations in society and fighting for justice.
