As part of the concurrent evaluation of the project “Enhancing Well-being of the Ultra-Poor through Responsive Gram Panchayats,” this is the third and final report. Based on endline findings in comparison with the baseline, it captures changes in livelihood sources, income, access to social welfare schemes, participation in local governance, and levels of confidence resulting from project interventions. The report also provides insights into the effectiveness of strategies, engagement approaches, and processes, while identifying areas for improvement.
