India’s non-profit organization, PRADAN, has announced its commitment to improve the female gender ratio within the organization. The company plans to increase its female workforce by 30% in the second quarter of the financial year 2023-2024.
Nationwide Talent Acquisition Drive:
PRADAN, headquartered in Delhi with over 60 offices across India, aims to recruit women executives from all regions, with a special focus on states like Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, and West Bengal.

With four decades of experience, PRADAN has positively impacted the lives of around 2.64 million women in seven states.
