As a concurrent evaluation of the programme called “Ultra-poor sensitive Gram Panchayat”, this baseline study report provides a foundation towards achieving the following overall objective of understanding changes in households due to interventions in assets, income, linkages, skills, and confidence.; tracking changes in the capacity of the institutions; and assessing the effectiveness of the strategies, engagement methodologies, processes and tools and improvements.
