Nikita Saikia

Nikita Saikia joined PRADAN as an executive in September 2016 and is currently based at Lamtaput, Koraput. She holds a degree in B.Tech (Electronics and communication) from National Institute of Technology, Mizoram. Since 2016, she has been involved in various interventions such as community mobilisation in Agriculture, working with Nari Sakti Mahila Mahasangha (Self-Help Group), and women drudgery reduction through different farm mechanization among others. She has been an active part of the Project PRERNA funded by Mahindra and Mahindra. Presently, she is engaged in Promotion and Institutionalization of Farmers’ Producer Company.
