Murray Unkovich

Murray is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Adelaide with a long history working with smallholders for agricultural development in western China, India and Papua New Guinea. As a research scientist, he particular enjoys the combined challenge of rigour and relevance when working with peoples livelihoods. He has extensive experience in nitrogen cycling and legume N fixation and a strong publication history in that. Other research effort has been in the application of stable isotope techniques to study biological processes and the functioning of ecosystems and in the development of regional carbon accounting systems for Australian agriculture.
