Ishita Dixit

Ishita Dixit is associated with PRADAN and brings over eight years of experience in grassroots development. She holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. Her work has been focused on strengthening community institutions, integrating gender perspectives, supporting Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), and enhancing livelihoods through resource utilisation, collectivisation, stakeholder partnerships and convergence with government programmes. Her areas of interest include advancing women-led collectivisation and strengthening linkages between community collectives and local governance institutions.
