Bibhubanta Barad

Bibhubanta Barad is currently working in Gumla Team (Jharkhand), one working unit of Professional Assistance for Development Action (PRADAN - a non-profit organization in India). By education he has done MBA, working with PRADAN for last 9 years with experiences of engagement with Adivasi community of Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Jharkhand, to help them in strengthening their life and livelihoods. He specializes in community mobilization, stake-holders linkage building, planning-monitoring and agriculture.
