Ammu Thankam Mathew, a public policy and governance post
graduate, is currently engaged with Professional Assistance for
Development Action (PRADAN). She is based at Gumla district
in Jharkhand as an Executive and has been engaging
around strengthening Panchayati Raj Institutions,
Improvement of Health and Nutrition Status, Tribal Cultural
Integration and so on. Her interest areas include public policy,
governance, Adivasi rights, forest rights and public health.
