Implemented in the Jaridih block of Bokaro, the Ultra Poor Responsive Gram Panchayat (UPRP) project seeks to support extremely poor households. As part of the concurrent evaluation process, this is the midline evaluation report of the project aimed at assessing the efficacy of the interventions and understanding the potential factors behind their success or failure. The study also aimed to find out the changes experienced by stakeholders due to these interventions and give recommendations for improvement.
