During Apprenticeship An Apprentice (in 2009-10) receives a monthly stipend of Rs. 9,000 pm for the first four months from the date of joining and Rs. 11,000 pm from the fifth month onwards up to end of apprenticeship plus Rs. 1000 as conveyance allowance per month. In addition to these they also receive medical reimbursement of Rs. 4,200 per annum and an accident insurance policy of up to Rs. 2 lakh. As Executive As Executive (in 2010) with minimum eligibility qualification, cost to company will be approximately Rs. 21,000 which includes HRA, Conveyance Allowance, PF, provision for gratuity and LTA. Other allowances are children education allowance, leave encashment on separation plus medical reimbursement and accident insurance policy up to Rs. 2 lakh. *Other increments for additional relevant qualifications and work experience are provided while calculating the basic pay. As Direct Executive Eligible candidates with two to five years of relevant experience join PRADAN as Executives directly. Anyone directly joining as executive in 2009 with two years’ experience costs PRADAN an estimated Rs. 22,000 per month. All other benefits are the same as those discussed in the preceding section. PRADAN reviews its salary scheme every three years. The next review is set to be conducted in 2011 |
