The governance of Pradan has been vested on the Governing Board. The Board is composed of Honorary Members – all of whom are individuals with their own distinguished records of public service either as NGO leaders, academicians, business leaders, and civil servants – and two nominated senior staff members.
   
Field-based teams, each led by a mid-career executive designated as Team Leader, carry out the organisation’s daily operations including the implementation of livelihood promotion and other programmes.

Assisting the Executive Director in policy and institutional development are the Human Resource, Finance, and other departments.  Other staff members provide administrative and logistical support.
